Applicants MUST bring the following:

*Copy of a State Issued Birth Certificate Seal must be visible

* Copy of last report card. REMINDER Final Report Card needed prior to equipment issue

* Current School Picture (head shot only)

Ages 5-15 GRADE K-8^th  Weight classifications available online at www.vistapopwarner.com

Child must be present to register POSITIVLEY NO EXCEPTIONS!

CASH or Credit/Debit ONLY Accepted.

v     Football Registration is $250

v      Flag Foot Ball will be $125 (ages 5,6,&7( includes practice and game uniform)

v      Cheer Registration is $275 (includes uniform & camp gear)**shoes not included**

v     Volunteer Deposit required at registration

v     $50 sibling discount
