NCSC - North County Speed Camp 

NCSC will be starting June 10th and ending July 26th.  

This program emphasizes:

* Flexibility and Core Conditioning

* Mechanical Running Form

* Agility and Foot Speed

The 2013 season starts August 1st

The 2013 season will begin on August 1st with practices scheduled to be held at VPW's home at Vista Magnet Middle School in downtown Vista. Plans for the season are well underway and we are looking forward to another great year of Football and Cheer.
